Refund Policy
Due to the charitable and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for purchases. All sales are final.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:
• Your order arrives damaged or defective, and a replacement cannot be provided.
• An error occurred on our end (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
If your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us at sugarbeeknits@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
